In Systems Mapping, we take a step back with your organization to think about the connections between your long-term goals, your short-term goals, and your day-to-day activities, programs, and operations. This exercise helps to see how your organization works in the big picture, and from there we can work together to identify ways to assess the effectiveness of your organization in achieving its goals and areas for implementing new programs to improve. We recommend this as a key first step to all organizations with whom we partner.

Mindset & Culture Assessment involves assessing the mindsets of the people in your organization and the people whom your organization serves, This includes both quantitative mindset surveys and qualitative site visits, interviews, and focus groups. Our partners have varying structures and needs, so this mixed approach of quantitative and qualitative assessment opens the door to understanding the nuances of mindsets and culture within the uniqueness of your organization, After analyzing the assessment data we collect, we create reports that highlight your organization’s strengths and weaknesses, along with providing recommendations for high leverage ways in which your organization can improve. With our partners, our main goal is to establish a long-term relationship in which we develop a built-in system of assessing mindsets and culture which takes place year after year, which informs the practices and strategic steps forward upon which our partners embark.


Workshops & interventions

Our Workshops & Interventions are flexible to the goals and needs of your organization. We can offer individual workshops to the players, coaches, staff, and/or directors of your organization, or we can deliver more intensive programming around multiple mindsets at various times over the course of a season. Previous Mindset and Culture Assessment provides great insight into which areas are the most high leverage for intervention.

In a consulting partnership, we communicate with you and individuals within your organization one-on-one, every step of the way, to guide you through the journey of developing improved mindsets and culture for improved outcomes within your organization.

In conducting a Data Audit with your organization, we compile all organizational data that your organization has, merge the various data that your organization has together, and break it down to understand the key drivers of performance and other important outcomes in your organization. Through this audit, we will provide key insights gathered through the analysis of your organizational data, along with key recommendations for improvement.
